  9.
  10. Sample Code Note #0 (this document) accompanies each release of
  11. Macintosh Sample Code.  This release includes revisions to all of the
  12. sample code to insure that it compiles correctly under MPW 3.2.  In
  13. addition, THINK C 5.0 support has been added where ever possible.
  14. If there are any subjects which you would like to see treated in
  15. Sample Code, or if you have any questions about existing Sample
  16. Code, please contact us at one of the following addresses:

  27. We want Sample Code to be distributed as widely as possible, so they
  28. are sent to all Partners and Associates at no charge; they are also
  29. posted on AppleLink in the Developer Services bulletin board and
  30. other electronic sources, including the Apple FTP site, "ftp.apple.com"
  31. (IP 130.43.2.3) under the path "/dts/mac/sc".  You can also order
  32. them through APDA.  As an APDA customer, you have access to the
  33. tools and documentation necessary to develop Apple-compatible
  34. products.  For more information about APDA, contact:

  45. We place no restrictions on copying Sample Code, with the exception
  46. that you cannot resell them, so read, enjoy, and share.  We hope
  47. Sample Code will provide you with lots of valuable programming
  48. techniques while you are developing Macintosh hardware and
  49. software.  These examples have undergone extensive review by DTS
  50. and Apple engineering, so we feel that the quality of the code is very
  51. high.  However, it is likely that there are still some bugs that we
  52. have overlooked (unintentionally, of course), so we would appreciate
  53. hearing from you if you find any.  If you are the first to report a
  54. particular bug, you will be the recipient of a genuine DTS kudo.
  55.
